need cooling for notebook

my compaq m700's cpu fan just stopped working, anyway you can repace a notebook's fan? the cpu is P3 coppermine at 700mhz.

Sure, you can replace it. Google for a laptop parts reseller and look up the make and model of your mobile, order the replacement part, crack her open, and make those repairs.

Or pay a pro to do it for you. That's what they're there for.
