Question Need help regarding SSD on a HP Omen Laptop

So I have a friend who's laptop is ultra sluggish max ,basically takes awhile to boot and open up programs
It's a HP OMEN from 2017 I believe since it has a i5 7300HQ ,as for gpu I'm not sure since either a gtx 900 series or 1050 and is 17 inch

And asking her to point the model number to me is like asking did the red RGB increase fps ,it's too difficult to convey

So does anyone has any clue that can a hp omen from that Era house a SSD as boot and a HDD in its chassis or do the ones from back then hold only one drive slot
Because all my life I've built desktops for myself and have very little knowledge on laptops

So i would be thankful if anyone with experience on this or a hp omen from that era could shed some light please
