Question Need help with a case asap, please! Inter-Tech S-3906 Renegade

Hello everyone so today I finally got my case (waited 4 weeks) after the install I have a problem the front RGB panel and the fan led doesn't work.

I don't know if it's a case problem or a compatibility witch one is bad or not, I don't wanna send it back and went 4 more weeks tho if It's broken got no other option.

Did you connect the controller to the motherboard's RGB header?

Have you followed the instructions on page 4 here?

Have any of the connections come loose in transit? e.g. the fan or RGB strips that are meant to be connected to the controller?

Yes I did, I have put the PWM at my sysetm fan and nothing, When I press the switch button nothing is happening the case fan is working but his RGB and the case RGB aren't.

Have you enable the led mode?
Last item pg 4 you hold the fan button down 1 sec=turns leds on, 4 seconds gives control to MB 6 seconds = turns leds off.

Yes I did Hold the button for 1 sec for 4 for 6 for 15 for 2 for 20 used even a timer and nothing happening.
I really don't know what else to do, the XWD connector is a 5v 3 pin digital but I dont have a slot for that. and no idea what motherboard has one. (A good gaming one tho). or if it's the case problem.
