Background Info:
This is my first time ever building a computer but I have tinkered a bit with my computer now and understand most of the parts.
I have a somewhat decent 2019 iBUYPOWER prebuilt.
I upgraded the ram in it and the power supply.

Build Info:
  • High Mid Range to Low High Range.
  • Budget $2000 MAX but would prefer less.
  • Planning on purchasing part by April/May/June of this year.
  • I have a very wide range of game from low end to high end.
  • Sometimes play Counter Strike competitively and want all the FPS I can get. Then I might play Cyberpunk 2077 and want to prioritize quality over FPS.
  • Resolution for now is 1440x1080 and 144 Hz. Might upgrade to 2560x1440 pixels 240 Hz eventually.
Parts Info:
  • I have attempted to create a PCPartPicker list but have left a few things out that I'm not too sure about.
  • For the GPU I was thinking about a 4070(Ti) to 4080 super but haven't heard too much good about the 4080.
  • For the CPU I have heard the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D was a good pick.
  • The power supply I installed into my current PC is a Corsair 850x which I'd like to keep if possible. Please let me know.
  • Rest of the parts are basically placeholders with little to no research. (These are the parts I need help with)
Any help is appreciated, Thank You.

You want low profile RAM when using a dual tower cpu cooler so that the cooler clears the heatsinks.

The RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB was just released today so expect a lot more of those cards to show up within the next week or two. I just threw in this Gigabyte card for a placeholder. Here's a case with far better airflow and more room to work with.
