I've had performance problems since I upgraded to the 2070 super. It seems to work fine in some situations, like when running benchmarks like Userbenchmark or Heaven benchmark.
But it just doesn't feel smooth in certain games, a lot of stutters and sometimes even gets really low fps when I have the settings on the lowest.
Also the gpu has a coil whine that gets worse when the performance is also getting worse. It even has different tones to it.
I've already tried:
- Upgrading my PSU, higher wattage and rating (came from a silver 550 watt)
- DDU to uninstall all drivers
- Undervolting the GPU
- Installing latest drivers
- Updating Bios
- Swapping custom cables with normal PSU cables
- Looking at temps, system never goes higher than 80 °C

My Userbenchmark results are here:

I am thinking about upgrading/buying a new gpu to see if it fixes the problems I am having. Still deciding what is smart to do, but I really hope I can fix the 2070 Super I am using right now, as the GPU options that are available now are a bit sad to be honest. Thinking about the 4060 and the rx 6700 (xt). Maybe it is smart to buy it from Amazon so I can return it if it doesn't work.
Any help or tips would be appreciated, thanks!!
