NERO PROBLEMS

I CANT ADD ANYTHING THAT USES THE PROGRAM MIDIA PLAYER, I'V TRYED EVERY THING
eg; RE INSTALING NERO BUT NOTHING WORKS.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLV MY PROBLEM THANK YOU.

What "everyhting" have you tried other than reinstalling?
