So I built a new system, got everything installed and installed a fresh version of Windows 10 Home. Everything seemed fine until I got to the desktop and noticed no internet, I had an ethernet cable plugged in but I didn't worry, I assumed it was just drivers missing. I grabbed drivers off my laptop and used a USB key to transfer and tried running the setup for them. This is where I am stumped, it says they aren't compatible with the version of Windows, but it's fresh install of Windows 10 off a Microsoft USB stick that I bought a couple years ago. So no internet, nothing will run, no drivers can be installed, not even chipset, same error and even tried upgrading my windows but that won't run either. After a few restarts it stops booting into Windows and the only way to do anything is to reformat and reinstall Windows again.

I talked to ASUS and asked what was wrong since it was a RoG MOBO and they told me the board is defective and I need to RMA it. So I did, got a brand new gigabyte board and the same exact issue is happening. The thing is, I don't even know what can cause this, it has to be hardware since a fresh install of 10 and everything is showing up in the BIOS, I know if I can POST and enter BIOS it's likely a software error but I can't even boot into a new ISO using the media creation tool on a new stick, the Aorus logo pops up and it gets all stretched and weird looking and then the system eventually crashes.

I can't be the only person who has had this problem, any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

What do you need? I have given everything that is happening and added in the information you requested.
Can you provide a picture or the exact error text you are receiving?

So just to be clear here, you have downloaded and created a boot drive with windows media creation tool on a PC that is no afflicted with issues? You then plugged this USB into the PC with the issues and are getting an error message? Usually when you plug in a bootable drive it either works and boots from the drive or it doesn't.
Have you tried uninstalling the graphics card and trying to boot with the video output from the CPU? You were seeing visual bugs or artifacts that may indicate a problem with the graphics card.

So I haven't even bothered installing the graphics card but it does work since I tried it on another motherboard. Yes, I created the USB on another PC not afflicted with any issues. When I try to boot from it I get a distorted Aorus logo a light blue screen then the system crashes, only from the new one, the old one brings me to a windows installation screen with no issue.

As far as a picture, I can try and get that for you tonight as I am currently at work.

xmp memory profile on?
and test with 1 stick of ram

try windows 11.
Tried all those options. Windows 11 doesn't boot, tried one stick of Ram and different slots and XMP

If its not the motherboard, RAM, or CPU then it has to be storage, the graphics card, or power supply. Is there any way for you to test a different storage device or test the graphics card in another system?
Tried the GPU and it works in another system but I do not have another mobo that supports m.2. might be able to use a friend's system over the weekend to test it out.

I did, same exact issue.
At this point I would breadboard the system. Take all the parts out and build it on the motherboard antistatic bag, or test bench. I would meticulously rebuild the PC. Build it to the basics first. PSU, Motherboard, CPU, CPU cooler and a stick of RAM. Check with the iGPU if it gets to BIOS. If it does, confirm everything looks right inside the settings select "load optimized defaults and exit" or the equivalent.

Install your boot device (no other drives) and attempt an OS install. If the same issue crops up, try a different storage device. If it is still happening then you can eliminate the storage device as an issue. The next step would be to eliminate the RAM as a suspect. Try 1 stick of RAM in the second slot from the CPU socket. Same problem? Switch to the next stick of RAM until either it works or you have no more RAM sticks to test.

Now you have ruled out RAM, storage device, case shorts, build errors, Graphics card, and BIOS settings.
At this point you would be left with either a CPU, motherboard, or PSU defect, though PSU's usually either just work, or just don't.

I don't have a test bench, BIOS boots fine. Everything is windows related from what I can see. I switched out Ram, the cpu, I use Onboard display and I tried 4 different bios versions.
