So I built a new system, got everything installed and installed a fresh version of Windows 10 Home. Everything seemed fine until I got to the desktop and noticed no internet, I had an ethernet cable plugged in but I didn't worry, I assumed it was just drivers missing. I grabbed drivers off my laptop and used a USB key to transfer and tried running the setup for them. This is where I am stumped, it says they aren't compatible with the version of Windows, but it's fresh install of Windows 10 off a Microsoft USB stick that I bought a couple years ago. So no internet, nothing will run, no drivers can be installed, not even chipset, same error and even tried upgrading my windows but that won't run either. After a few restarts it stops booting into Windows and the only way to do anything is to reformat and reinstall Windows again.

I talked to ASUS and asked what was wrong since it was a RoG MOBO and they told me the board is defective and I need to RMA it. So I did, got a brand new gigabyte board and the same exact issue is happening. The thing is, I don't even know what can cause this, it has to be hardware since a fresh install of 10 and everything is showing up in the BIOS, I know if I can POST and enter BIOS it's likely a software error but I can't even boot into a new ISO using the media creation tool on a new stick, the Aorus logo pops up and it gets all stretched and weird looking and then the system eventually crashes.

I can't be the only person who has had this problem, any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps but now I have another issue. It's throwing up BSOD's now, I think it may be driver errors but I am not entirely sure... Giving off the same page file reception or system service exception errors and it's acting very bizarrely. This was after running a game for an hour with no issues... Not sure what's going on now but it seems to be more issues with Windows again... Any suggestions?

It seems to be an issue when I try downloading the drivers for my GPU in particular (I think). Going to do a full reformat tonight and try the older drivers from a week or two ago and see if it's a problem with the latest revision.

Control + Shift + Window's button + B on the keyboard reloads the graphics driver and can be invaluable for testing.
So I am not sure now. I have unplugged the card and have been using onboard but keep having the same error. I even had this happen after doing a reformat, during the reformat it blue screened. I get various errors but the main one is exception on invalid stack. I am assuming drivers are not being loaded if it's reformatting the drive so I am again at a complete loss as to what's happening...

Drivers are not loaded until you have an OS. If you are BSODing while trying to install a new version of windows from a flash drive, chances are you have a hardware issue. See previous posts about hardware for next steps, if you care to. May be time to drop it off at a shop.

Dropping it off at a shop won't fix anything even though I have no shops near me. I can test most things myself I just don't know what's wrong. I have replaced the motherboard, CPU, the PSU is fine, even tried without the GPU. Could be RAM but I don't see how or why especially when the system was working fine before.

Oh and the storage.

Run a memtest to alleviate any concerns over the RAM. Remember that any amount of errors is faulty.
