Hey guys,
I want to buy new machine.
Purpose - gaming (RPG + RTS + MOBA).
Price - something like the one listed below.
I'd appreciate your help regarding components as I have no idea what is currently good/bad on the market.
Current choice was based on benchmarks I found.
Budget (based on the sets below): around 4'000 $ - 4'500 $.
I don't plan to buy it "right know" but rather in near future, thus I include presale.

I generally prefer:
  • Intel over AMD.
  • GeForce over Radeon.
  • Western Digital storage

What is your budget

Aside from the fact that all of these are solid machines, Set 1 and 2 will perform better, because of 2 things.
The faster cpu (from leaks. ryzen 5000 is not out yet, but we suspect it will be faster than intel 10th gen) and the faster gpu, though, the 3090 is a really terrible value, and I suggest the 3080 over it anyday.

32 gigs of ram is overkill for all games+background processes you might have, but sure, that's a solid kit anyway,
Both PSUs you proposed are high end units that will serve you well.
And both cases are pretty good.

As for what cooling, you need quite a beefy cooler for that level of cpu, I suggest either a 140+ water cooler, or something like a noctua nh-U12s.

For the motherboard, On the intel side that's solid, but if I were you I'd go for B550 on AMD since there's no chipset fan.
Storage, 1Tb should be enough, but that's a super high end pcie 4.0 ssd, that might have some future directstorage api things that it could do, but for the next 2-3 years it will probably do absolutely nothing better than a normal gen 3.0 ssd.

READ THIS: DISCLAIMER
you chose an i9-10900X (emphasis on the X. The X goes into X299 motherboards, NOT Z490. you want the i9 10900K, with a K which is better, and faster.)
