Question New GPU Crashes PC RX6600

I just got a new gpu RX 6600 Sapphire PULSE, used DDU installed latest drivers checked my BIOS and it still keeps crashing when i try to do anything "heavy" computer immediately turns black but i hear the sound check the video - Here is a video, sound is still playing.
Also before that i was using 1060 3GB gigabyte but i couldnt install latest drivers computer keeps freezing and crashing instead i just let windows install drivers and it worked! tried doing that for new gpu but it doesnt work.

Dont have any spare parts, but im thinking its psu so should i just buy a new one?

The card might just be bad. I bought an ASRock RX 6600 Challenger D and it just worked. I ended up putting it into a full system that I sold.

I agree, like others have said you should try replacing the card and/or the PSU and see if that fixes it.
