Question New m.2 ssd not showing in boot order

It shows under system status but not under boot order.
I cloned windows onto this new 2tb m.2 ssd since my mobo only has one m.2 slot. I am getting bios loop and wondering if it's my m.2.

Msi b450 tomahawk
Upgraded to 5600x cpu
Bios version is e7co2ams.1i0 (7/22)
Windows is in uefi mode if I try csm it says reboot and select bbootable device
One 2 tb samsung pro 990 m.2 ssd [Nvme]
Old m.2 is a SATA
1tb wd hdd
1tb 870 Evo ssd


I want to add that my windows i got from one of those cheaper key website so i cannot clean install

For now I'll try to put in my old m.2 see if it works...

On macrium reflect my old os was on my western digital 500gb m.2, which i have now put back in my computer and it works. So now i know its the new m.2 thats the issue

What specific WD 500GB drive?
SATA or NVMe?

OK try it differently. With an Image, instead of direct clone via USB.
You'll

Thusly:

1x m.2 slot with an Image

Assuming you have another drive (any type of drive) with sufficient free space to hold the entirety of your current m.2 drive:

1. Download and install Macrium Reflect
2. Run that, and create a Rescue CD or USB (you'll use this later). "Other Tasks". Create this on a small USB flash drive or DVD.
3. In the Macrium client, create an Image to some other drive. External USB HDD, maybe. Select all partitions. This results in a file of xxxx.mrimage
4. When done, power OFF.
5. Swap the 2 drives
6. Boot up from the Rescue USB you created earlier.
7. Restore (on the toolbar), and tell it where the Image is that you created in step 3, and which drive to apply it to...the new m.2
8. Go, and wait until it finishes.
9. That's all...this should work.
