Question New PC Build for Wife

Hi everyone
Trying to build a PC for my wife without breaking the bank. White themed.
We play BF2042, Diablo 4, WoW and POE 2.
She'll be using my old 1440p 144hz monitor and does enjoy the smooth gameplay on a 144hz monitor.

Will this be enough to sustain those games at 120-144hz on Ultra/High settings?
Any recommendations or changes required?
We live in a hot environment where ambient temperature can reach 40 degrees, will the cooler be enough?

You want DDR5-6000 CL30. The cooler should work fine.
