Question New Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 650w... no fans spinning, leading to other components having issues ?

Hi all,

Just got some possible issues with a new Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 650w PSU, even with the Smart Zero fan mode off the fans aren't working. Got some advice from a friend who said my issues with the PSU could be causing some other issues I'm having with RAM rgb and the CPU cooler not working... It is outputting some power, as I am currently getting Mobo RGB. That's all I'm getting right now though. I have performed a BIOS flash, so the Mobo should be all updated and working.

I'm just at the stage of testing parts before I put them into the case... but will have access to a monitor soon, though I very much doubt the system is posting. Any ideas to troubleshoot before I concede that the PSU is probably DOA?

New system yeah... am a first time builder, but being pretty thorough ahaha

I do, the Ryzen 5700x... again yeah hard to tell which of my parts are failing, especially because I haven't reached post. But definitely looks like the PSU could be a problem. Oh well, I'll keep trying!

check for bend pin on the cpu?
