Hi,

Windows cannot find any audio device on my PC.

I have my USB headset plugged in, and I have the onboad audio of my MSI PRO-Z790-A-WIFI motherboard but neither appear.

I've updated my BIOS. I have installed the chipset and audio drivers from the MSI website.
Also, I updated my Nvidia driver, but nothing seems to help.

Yes I ran the old troubleshooter:
Could not identify the problem

And also the new troubleshooter:
No Devices Connected
Apparently, you don't have any audio device connected to your PC.
Please make sure that you have an audio device connected before continuing.
Please press "Continue" once the device is connected.

I also did a sfc /scannow but this time no issues were found

In device manager as per your screenshot, go to the menu at the top and click on 'show hidden devices' in the view menu.
In 'Sound, video & game controllers, right click on each device, both normal and hidden and click uninstall on each. When finished, reboot system then check device manager and see if sound devices are working.
