I have a server PC with an ASRock z77 pro3 motherboard. I've been having problems with this PC since the beginning but don't exactly know why. It's got a Corsair 750watt PSU in it and a non-lhr 3060. I probably reflashed hiveOS on its SSD at least 15 times over the past few days but made sure to format every time I did.
First boot (after reflashing hive) will make my mouse's RGB light up but won't give display. I turn it off, back on, and now there's just no post (no usb ports working AND no display) I ran out of options for troubleshooting since I tried putting in a different GPU, also tried only booting with 1 ram stick which makes the PC turn on and off every 10 seconds, tried different outlet, tried flashing windows on a USB but it doesn't even display the bios option when turning on... I genuinely don't know what the issue is and would appreciate any help.
