[SOLVED] No input detected, Entering power save mode

While gaming certain games such as GTA 5, Destiny 2, Fortnite, Overwatch, and Dead by Daylight will just crash and my monitor will go black. I can still hear the game audio but I cant play the game, nobody can hear me, and I cant move. The only way to be able to see anything again is to completely restart my computer I've tried downloading new drivers and deleting the old ones, ive tried switching from HDMI to a Display Cable and many other things but nothing seems to work. Please help.
