[SOLVED] No power to Mobo but working psu, is it dead?

I was doing a cpu upgrade from a ryzen 1200 to a 1600af after updating my bios. Everything went fine after the bios update, turned my PC off, unplugged it and went to replace the cpu but right when I tried turning it on I had it just wouldn't boot

How do I know it has no power: my Mobo has an orange LED whenever it has power running through, this is not the case now
How do I know the PSU is a working: I honestly just tried the clip method I found and it turned on just fine.
How do I know it wasn't the bios? I used it for a min after it updated

Mobo: Asus prime a320m-k
PSU: EVGA 400W

I dont know what happened but it somehow managed to work again. So ill be closing this thread
