Question No signal to monitor

Hi,

My monitor does not seem to be receiving signal from my desktop PC, I have tried swapping the cables and using different monitors and it does not receive signal.

I opened the side panel and turned the power on to check that everything was working, and the GPU fans, case fans and CPU all seem to be spinning and look like they are operating just fine. Could anyone offer some advice please?

It was working before and just stopped working when I booted it up next, it has:
2x4gb sticks of ram
GTX 970
FX 8320
Corsair VS550w
Gigabyte 970a Motherboard

It has gotten somewhat dusty inside, is it possible for the RAM to have gotten dirty and not be recognised by the PC? I am really baffled by this issue because everything seems to working fine as all the fans are spinning and the PC powers on otherwise normally
