Question No video in my pc

well i buyed my new pc and i dont have video signal :c directly from hdmi mobo port, all is turned on normally but no video signal..... what is happening? the seller say they updated correctly the mobo for support my cpu but nothing happens

PC:
MOBO: Gigabyte B450M DS3H updated

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Ram: Hyper x 2660mhz 4gb x2 HX426C15FB/4

PSU: EVGA 500B 80 BRONZE+

ANY IDEA? ALL COMPONENTS NEW

It does not have a gpu, it has ports. You need a cpu with integrated graphics to use the motherboard ports. These cpu’s have a name ending with a G such as the 3200G.

but i have another one xd and one fx 8320 and give me video in the hdmi mobo port.... after all i already used the gpu and the same

The FX8320 is a completely different platform. With Ryzen you need a G cpu.

Some AM3+ motherboards had very basic integrated graphics. The AM4 ones don't.

The FX8320 was probably on a motherboard with a GPU integrated in the chipset...something like an 880g or 760g chipset. On ryzen the GPU is integrated only into certain processors, like 3200g or 3400g processor.

All fixed xD my seller say "im sorry we send the wrong mobo that was not updated" then!!! i find my friend i used, his Ryzen 2600 xd and updated my mobo and 100% works .-. [Watch your language] seller but ohh well tank you a lot!! guys <3
