I just upgraded to Windows 10. Everything worked great. When I turned it on next day I get no signal output. Not even bios shows up. I then have to reset my bios on my motherboard, then bios shows up and I have to select my boot up ssd drive then windows loads just fine. Until I turn it off then I get the exact same problem again.

Anyone any ideas what could be causing this?

Would help if we new your system's components (hardware). Did you check to see if a BIOS update is available. Could be the CMOS battery is dead if the MB is old and that's why you have to reconfigure the BIOS each time it's cold booted.
