Hello, i need to know and to buy software that reads handwritten scan gif format image converting text into word document.

OmniPage. But I'm betting you will have absolutely terrible recognition using OCR on scanned handwritten documents. You may as well hire someone to type them out you will be doing so much proofreading anyway.

Most OCR programs demand the page to be scanned for text be 300DPI in the JPG format.
