Old raid array moved into new "plug and play" enclosure

Hello,
I have a set of 2 old Raid0 array hard drives from my old machine. I am considering buying an USB 3.0 external enclosure with raid controller for the old drives and use them as extra storage.

Questions is: will all data be automatically accessible when migrating the drives?
