P4 Board Problem

I am currently looking for a new P4 board with these features It is impossible to find! Please help!

These are the the specs I want:

ATX Form Factor

Something that supports P4 Northwood Processor

ATA133

AGP 8X

USB 2.0

DDR Ram

I don't need raid or video or sound.

i think a motherboard with the sis648 chipset will meet your needs...
i think the gigabyte 8SG667 would be good for you...
