P4M800P7MB-RS2H motherboard compatibility

i have a Foxconn P4M800P7MB-RS2H motherboard and was wondering:

1) What type of RAM can i buy, there are two different types i think which are compatible, how does that work out?...

2) Which type of SATA drive is compatible? (SATA 1, SATA 2, SATA 3) (Do they all use the exact same wire.

3) Does AHCI work with IDE Type Harddrives?

sorry the questions are fairly basic, i have look around but i am so confused, i was wondering if someeone can awnser using fairly basic language too please

I am not sure why the MB specs say it has SATA ports but the photo has none. Might be one of those "...chage wthout notice things"...

AHCI set in BIOS means you are running RAID, otherwise leave it on IDE.
