Hi everybody, there is a problem with my PC hope someone tells the solution:--- :(

When I turn on my CPU, it starts and the light glows but my monitor shows
"Entering Power Saving Mode" as if my CPU is turned off. After 30-40 sec. it
shows up the display and then boots & works normally. My PC specs are:--

Motherboard:- Intel DH61WW
Processor:- i3 @ 3.10GHz
RAM:- 2Gb Kingston
Graphics Card:- ASUS Nvidia 210 (currently using onboard graphics)

I changed the ram, motherboard & PSU but the problem persists...
PLZ help...

Hi thanks for replying i reset the bios settings but the problem still persists..

The problem is that after pressing the CPU button the led glows and it starts up,
but the monitor shows "Entering Power Saving Mode" as if my CPU is turned off
and it is not getting any signals from the CPU. After 30-40 sec. monitor shows up
like it has got the signal. Then it shows the bios screen with the Intel logo and boots
normally.

[Off Topic]
During this time (When the monitor doesn't show up), why doesn't the PC boot up?

But in the computer lab in my school, there are computers with exactly the same config. Except for the monitor. They are having a Dell monitor.

That computers start up very fast... Why???

It may be starting slow because of failing hardware. Run memtest86 for a while, run your hard drive test suites from the manufacturer. Unplug extra usb devices (not keyboard or mouse) and test. It could be lots of things. Just take it one step at a time and thoroughly test to find out which component is showing trouble.
