Question PC boots to Windows but will occasionally boot to the BIOS ?

Hello I need help with my PC, the motherboard is a Gigabyte A520M K V2

Whenever I turn my PC on it will sometimes boot into Windows and other times it boots into the BIOS and it shows that there's no boot device found, and when I go to the M.2 area it shows "M.2 : N/A"
I'm not sure if it's my SSD or my motherboard.

BIOS and firmware of the motherboard and SSD up to date?

M.2 is correctly seated into the M.2 slot?

Which M.2 SSD is it?

Did you run the manufacturer´s tool to check the SSD while in windows?

I recently updated bios to current version and I'm not sure if the SSD is up to date I'm not to sure how to check that

For what I know it's correctly seated

It's the Gigabyte 500gb SSD

No I didn't know I could do that do you know where to go to do that?
