Question PC build help for gaming :)

Hey guys, so im building a PC and i wondered if this is a good build for 1080p 144hz/1440p 60fps Ultra gaming? Im open to suggestions too. I play mainly FFXIV and i want to be future proof for atleast 2 years coming:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X (8x 3.6GHz / 4.4GHz Turbo)
Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock 4
Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3200MHz
SSD: 250GB SAMSUNG 970-EVO Plus M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 (L 3500MB/s ; S 2300M
HDD: 2000GB SATA 6GB/s 5400rpm WD Blue WD20EZRZ
GPU: 8GB MSI RTX2070Super Ventus OC
PSU: 650W be quiet! Straight Power 11

Also adding the question, should i go for the MSI RTX 2070 Super Ventur OC or the KFA RTX 2070 Super EX? Is there a difference in like temperature or noise or performance between those two? The Super EX is around 40 bucks cheaper where im from.

“Future proof” is stupid but that system would do you. But it’ll struggle hitting 60FPS with RT on at 1080p.

Also I’d just get a 1TB SSD rather than a boot and 1TB HDD
