Question PC constantly reboots. Can't even run in safe mode.

Hi,

Any help would be appreciated, I've built a PC running Windows 10 Pro its been running perfectly for about 5-6months, today while watching Netflix it just switches off and constantly reboots before I can enter my password it reboots. I cannot run it in safe mode as it reboots as I'm navigating to the Advanced Options. I have no idea why it is doing this Any help would be appreciated.

MSI B450 Tomahawk
GeForce GTX1660 OC 6GB
32GB DDR4
480GB SSD
Windows 10

There were no real other issues the PC was working perfectly. Just shut down and constantly stuck in a loop

I have tried repairing Windows using a bootable USB but even when booting from the USB it reboots, I definitely think it is a hardware issue.
