Question PC Freezes / Restarts on some games (sometimes)

Really weird thing that started happening is my PC would restart itself or freeze when playing certain games, but only sometimes (like 80% freeze 20% working split) while other games are fine all the time, thought it might be GPU but even some GPU intensive games don't cause this

Games that work:

Forza 4 & 5

GTA V

Cyberpunk 2077

Caliber

Software Inc

We who are about to die

Project Zomboid

Kenshi

Games that cause freezes:

Victoria 3

Escape from Tarkov

Transport Fever 2

Call to Arms Gates of Hell (hasn't happened in a while though)

M & B Bannerlord

Specs:

Win 10

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

B450 Tomahawk

RTX 2070 Super

Western Digital 1tb HDD

Kingston 16gb RAM

Antec VP 700P Plus 700W

Thinking maybe parts of the HDD are bad?

Just a stupid question are you getting a freeze where you have to reboot the PC by pressing the button?
