Question PC Games Crashing Every 20-30 Min, NEED HELP

PC BUILD:
CPU: Intel Core i7 7700, 3.60 Ghz
GPU: XFX RX 590
RAM: DDR4 16 Gbytes
Motherboard: MSI B250M PRO-VD

Problem:
For the past few weeks, my computer has been crashing in multiple games I play. It would freeze for 5-7 seconds, black screen, and then crash to desktop whilst game audio is still playing (part of time, other times it just crashes the whole game.) It consistently crashes like that every 20-30 minutes. This happens in Destiny 2 and Rainbow Six Siege, so I'm assuming it is not a game issue, but a hardware issue. It has not stopped doing this. I've noticed that my GPU usage drops from 100 to 0 when it crashes and its fans just stop. Maybe its not getting enough power? Maybe there's something wrong with my motherboard? I would love some help diagnosing this, the problem has not and will not stop until I get some answers.
Note: Roblox works, lol

Solutions I've tried

• Reinstalling drivers
• Installing older drivers
• Upped Power consumption percentage
• Messed with fan settings (after not working, I reverted back to default)
• Scanned computer for virus, nothing.
• Scanned games for corrupt files, nothing

It's really starting to get on my nerves, so any help is extremely appreciated.

• I have a EVGA 500 W power supply.
• GPU Usage would spike from 0 to 60 to 100 percent during games.
• CPU usage doesn't reach 100 (don't think that's the problem)
• Temperature for GPU I believe gets around 55-70 at MOST.
• Not sure for CPU temp, but honestly I'm starting to think it's the power supply...what do you think?
