Hello, My PC has been crashing lately and while I have the knowledge of building and setting up PC's, I have zero knowledge in diagnosing issues pertaining to Windows 10 like stop codes, etc etc. I was wondering if I could get some help analyzing the most recent dump file. Also, I'm not sure if this helps, but my PC crashes every time I idle. For instance, if I get up for 5 minutes and come back it'll have crashed and rebooted.

My Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
ASUS Strix GTX 1070
Crucial Ballistix, 16GB DDR4 2400MHz
Western Digital(I think?) 2TB 7800RPM HDD
Samsung 970 EVO 500GB NVME SSD
EVGA 80 Plus Bronze 600W

updating bios could help, you are a few behind
update chipset driver first - https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b450

Do you ever plan on putting 4 sticks of ram in pc? or a new CPU?
if so, you would need to : Before update BIOS to F40, you have to install EC FW Update Tool (B19.0517.1 or later version) to avoid 4DIMM DDR incompatibility on 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen™ CPU (the tool is included in the bios update files)
If you don't instend to change CPU or add more ram you can skip that step.

Now to update to...

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

For some reason it wouldn't let me compress because "no read permission" so I uploaded the dumps to OneDrive -- https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuJGumnWJ4tasnnO-nZlaHnBapz_?e=XsxtUO

Hi, I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/xmsvpw79/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.
File information:052721-9156-01.dmp (May 27 2021 - 15:36:28)
Bugcheck:SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B)
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: Battle.net.exe)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 13 Hour(s), 53 Min(s), and 18 Sec(s)

Bugcheck:UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP_M (1000007F)
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: System)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 23 Min(s), and 50 Sec(s)
Comment: Possibly 2 or more types of RAM are installed.

Comment: The GPU tweaking driver "iomap64.sys" was found on your system. (AI Suite or GPU Tweak 2)

Possible Motherboard page: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450-AORUS-M-rev-1x#kf
There are BIOS updates available for your system. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

Crucial BLS8G4D240FSB.16FARG cl16 2400 could be 16/16/16/39
Crucial BLS8G4D240FSB.16FBD cl16 2400 appear to be the same
2 different types of Crucial ram, how long you been running both? could just be a timing thing. or just fact they not sold as a set.

try removing 1 stick and just see if errors continue. If so, swap to using other stick. if neither make a difference, its not ram.

I use a 16GB kit from Crucial. I'm not entirely sure how they could be running different timings, as I've never messed with their timings. I've had them for quite a while, maybe over 3 years now? I hope battle.net isnt an issue either as I play a lot of Overwatch. Also, would it be safe to remove that iomap64.sys?

then you can jump all way to current which is F61a

there is no need for you to rush or explain why you didn't answer, it is your problem, I will be around somewhere regardless.
Take your time.
So far, I have been doing pretty good. However, I'm going to be replacing the majority of parts shortly so that way I can just hopefully eliminate the issues entirely in case there still there. Plus, I'm due for an upgrade anyway.

i would love to point out what items to replace but with only 2 BSOD, and neither really showing me why it happened, I can't give any clues.

if you get any more BSOD, let me know

you could update CPU without replacing much else, not saying it is cause though.
motherboard accepts the newest ones
Western Digital(I think?) 2TB 7800RPM HDD
Samsung 970 EVO 500GB NVME SSD
thats close to what i have now, 1tb 970 evo plus & 3tb wd hdd
