Question PC keeps freezing when idle ?

Hey community,

Sometimes whenever my PC is NOT under heavy load (like gaming) it freezes when it is near idle (like downloading games), this has been happening for almost 6 months and I can't seem to understand what is causing this issue. I thought It was a corrupted Windows installation so I re-installed Windows but the problem remains.

I'm trying to understand which pc part is potentially causing the issue. Please help me with this and thanks in advance!

MBD: MSI A320M-A PRO MAX (Latest BIOS)
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: MSI RTX 3070
Adata XPG Gammix 16GB DDR4
Storage: 1TB M.2 SSD (Primary), 128GB SATA SSD, 1TB SATA HDD

check ssd health? how full it is?

You are not running any undervolts i assume right? The CPU is completely stock ?

I have plenty of space in all the drives, none of the drives are red...
