Question PC keeps restarting

Hi there kind souls of Tom's Hardware,

My rig of 3 years has recently started restarting itself everytime i turn it on. It doesn't even make it to Bios.
I suspect it has something to do with the motherboard, and the power supply. I recently tried my hand at upgrading my PSU from 650 W to 750 W, and I've connected the cables to my GPU, Motherboard, Various HDD and SSDs.

My Specs:
Intel I5-7500 3.4 GHZ 6MB LGA1151
GIGABYTE B250M-D3V MATX LGA1151 DDR4 MOBO
CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB 32GB DDR4 3200
SAMSUNG EVO 500GB SSD
WD CAVIAR BLUE 1TB 3.5"
GIGABYTE 1060 6GB GDDR5
XIGMATEK TAURO G 750W 80 PLUS GOLD
