[SOLVED] PC loses signal to monitor and I have to reinstall GPU driver ?

Hello I just built a new pc. Sometimes when playing heavy games the screen goes black and says "no signal detected"
After I restart , the screen goes 480p and the GPU drivers don't seem to work. I have to install again and then only the screen goes back to 4k
Sometimes instead of going back to 4k the screen goes static (after reinstalling drivers) so I have to do another restart to bring the system back to a normal.
Happening quite a lot recently.

Pc specs:
RX 6900 XT
16GB RAM
B560M AUROS PRO
i5-11600K
Coolermaster 850W gold psu
MONITOR: GIGABYTE M28U

Using HDMI 2.1

I would run DDU in safe mode, remove all AMD display drivers and reinstall them again as you shouldn't randomly lose them and need a reinstall.

can you check GPU on another PC and see if it does it there as well?
That would let us know if its the PC or the GPU to blame.
