Question PC not posting immediately ?

Hi,
Just a few days ago my pc wouldn't post from the first few (3 tries) or it just wouldn't give a video signal. I turn it on, it doesn't output (the fans do start spinning, even the GPU fans), and then I turn it off. I do this 2 or 3 more times and only then does it output a video signal with post (it starts like normal). I tried swapping out the RAM, but that wouldn't help. I didn't do anything weird with the software recently, no new programs or installations. I also updated my graphics driver, but that wouldn't help either. I don't have any spare parts to troubleshoot any further. Any ideas would be helpful!
Thanks!

I would try to reseat the video cable on both ends (at GPU and screen). May not be the actual issue in this case, but sometimes it is "just" that, where it isn't seated 100% and due to that the signal is not going through properly.

Thanks, did it, but no luck. I even cleaned the ports on my GPU, reseated the GPU on the MOBO, nothing...

I've installed a different GPU (a RTX3060), and it seems to have solved the issue. It's not mine however, so I'll be installing my original one again to see if it persists (a RX560 4GB). There is rust (green stuff, I assume it's rust, corrosion) on some of its resistors, is that a problem/sign of failure, and would it be wise to clean it with alcohol?
