Specs -
Ryzen 7 1700
MSI B550-Pro(latest bios)

The card that works is my test card that I got from a Dell oltiplex, that uses power from the pcie slot.

I have tried

Rx 5700
Rx 5700xt
Rx 480 8gb x3
RTX 3060

And the only one that gets to post without the vga light on the motherboard is the
EVGA GeForce 8400 GS 512MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16

I have tried 3 different power supplies even though I do know they all work

Please help, or do I return the motherboard?

I fixed the problem, I switched the pcie Slot to 3rd gen. Then I put in the rx 5700 and it booted up.

If someone who also has this problem you may wants to try turning of rebar aswell but rebar works for me currently
