Question Pc shits down then DRAM light flashes white then VGA light flashes white then reboots

So have a PC crashing issue
Pc specs
Motherboard - Msi z390 A Pro
Proccessor - I9 9900k
Graphics Card -Msi 3070 TI Ventus oc
Ram - 16Gb GSkill 3200MHZ
Power supply -Corsair 650 80Plus broze
Coolermaster hyper 212 cpu cooler
4 Case fans

As stated in the title during intense loading screen when gaming Pc shuts down (NO BLUE SCREEN) then the DRAM light flashes white then the VGA light flashes white and the pc is restarted within 15 seconds.

Not sure what the cause is my guess is....
Power supply or Ram

Please help it's really annoying and happens often when loading into Rust servers or EFT maps.
