[SOLVED] Pc stuck in bios after changing motherboard cpu and ram

Hello, recently i've swapped out my motherboard, cpu and ram. The pc turned on when i tried to start it but its been stuck in bios (it worked until now). I tried restarting and nothing, still bios. The hdd was connected as it was before, in slot 0. In the bios I can see that all components are detected including my hdd. However in the boot sequence I only see one thing: windows boot manager.
Mobo: H410M S2H V3
Cpu: i3-10100f
Ram: ddr4 2666mhz 1x8gb

If you have replaced MB, CPU and RAM, you should do a reinstall of Windows before proceeding further, and as it seems, it won't even boot.

New motherboard of different model or even more - different CPU type - often require Windows reinstall from scratch.
