[SOLVED] PC Suddenly no display, CPU EZ debug LED(Msi)

Hey guys,

So I shut my PC down in the evening as usual, with no signs of a problem. I go to boot it up in the morning and absolutely nothing happened. I unplugged and re-plugged psu and I got power after pressing the button but no display, after pulling the side I can the the msi EZ debug CPU LED is lit up.

I have tried stripping PC to just CPU etc. I get absolutely no display from on board DVI after GPU is removed.

Things to note: PC is about 3 years old, built by myself. The power led on the power button doesn't always seem to light up. When pressing the power button the usual lights on mobo/gpucare on all fans going as usual, no display.

SPECS:
Mobo - MSI H110M GAMING
CPU - I5 6600K
RAM - HYPERX FURY DDR4 8GB (X2)
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760

Anybody got any ideas of what could up or what I can do to source the issue

Board failure?

This is what I'm leaning towards at the moment, is there anyway I can confirm this? Thanks for the reply.

CPU failure is very rare , my GUESS is the board.

to made sure the front panel switch does not short board unplug it and try to start it up by touching the 2 pins on board momentary and check if cpu light appear ans stay on .

Thanks for the reply. Just given this a go but CPU light remains lit.

could you find a way to test your cpu in another system that will confirm board issue .

I'm not able to at the moment, currently away from home where all my spares are. I may have to visit local repair shop to see if they can do it for me.

Thanks for your help guys, I went ahead and replaced the board and it's running flawlessly
