So basically I have owned 3 PCs to date and I had all of them running windows 11... But i have been experiencing similar problems for the past 5-6 months... My computer just suddenly stops responding but my cursor still works... I can't do cntrl+alt+del or anything else to the computer other than just hard shutdown... It is so random that it even occurs when I just run a few chrome tabs.... And it also happens while playing any game.... I know you might all say that my hardware is broken but the 3 PCs I had bought were brand new and in perfect condition....( I even checked the event manager but nothing is wrong )...

Current PC specs:
MBD: MSI X570 Gaming Edge WiFi - - - BIOS version: E7C37AMS.1E0
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: RTX 2060
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz
PSU: I don't know the psu by above 600w
OS: Windows 11 64-bit

My PC has good airflow as well and I recently upgraded to a better cooler than the stock one

This is my first time here and I really appreciate some help

Ram modules are in wrong slots.
Should be placed in slots A2 and B2.

Fan at top of the case is in wrong orientation.

As to about your mouse issue - check health of your storage devices.
If it's NVME ssd, then check drive temperature.

Why didn't you list storage devices in your pc specs?

1 4tb wd hard drive
1 crucial P2 500gb nvme drive ( windows installed in it with some games)

i don't have any problem with the mouse i just put it as that my pc is freezing completely and my mouse cursor still moves.... but my pc's windows is frozen and i cant do anything about it... i hope you get the point

let me know if you want some more info

Check health and temperatures for your storage devices.
Use HDtune health. Post screenshots.

Use free Hdtune 2.55 version
https://www.hdtune.com/download.html

For SSDs use SSD manufacturer specific SSD software.
Crucial storage executive - for Crucial.
Not sure, if Corsair has specific SSD software.
I really don't think it's because of my drive heating because if it was heating the freezing would be consistent... This randomly occurs even if I use just and only google chrome or play a game with demanding graphics.... Even if the scenario are light or heavy the freezing is completely random.... I am not a tech expert but I think the drive will over heat when I do intensive tasks...

Anyways I'll check it out with another free software because I don't have 25 euros lying around to buy a software I am not going to use in the long term.... If you can suggest me a free software lmk

Drive containing C: partition and drive containing page file.
You can check in Disk Management, where page file is located.
i just checked the drive for heating and for errors but the drive is working great ( using crucial's software )

i did a extended drive check up which took me 30 mins to complete
