Question PC turns on but failed to boot

I Installed new ram the other day now my pc turns on but doesn't come up the MB logo and then screen goes black. I have tested the ram in other pc it works. I've took it out and run with just old stick but doesn't work now. All the fans come on etc just the LED on the MB indicates boot failed or boot device not detected. I have done so far:
Tried RAM in other pc
Took out new stick
Reset cmos by removing battery
Reconnected everything, cleaned etc

Specs are:
X370 gaming plus mb
Ryzen5 1600x
8gb ballistix sport and 8gb vengeance lpx ram both 2400mhz ddr4
1tb wd blue
24gb hyper x ssd
Gigabyte 580 gpu 8gb
Corsair psu cx750w

Any ideas?
