Additional Comments: PC will be used mostly for Entertainment( Movies, TV Series, Download/Upload), Light Gaming (Dota 2, Call of Duty, PUBG, Valorant and the likes) and light work

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I started working and wanted to purchase the first PC with my own money

With 40k you will never be able to build a pc if you choose to get a 4k monitor.
Why? because of this:
It starts at 25k + for a 4k monitor. And currently going for an intel processor ah it is even harder, the price gets more pricy!

My nephew got an amazing build just one month back that I would like to share, it is about 50K.
I could post it now but I forgot all of the parts.
But here you will find a better deal if you purchase through a local shop.
We are not yet there that we can get everything as a better deal online than offline.

A rough build would look something like this:
CPU: AMD Athlon 3000g lower end / Ryzen 5 1600 AF if available better one.
GPU: I think a Zotac GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 or lower will do:
Ram: 8gb 3000mhz
Mbo: b450
PSU: Thermaltake 500w smart / Corsair VS550 550W
Storage: 1TB HDD

At 40k, you would be looking at a AIO like this Intel or AMD . Neither can game very well, maybe 30fps in fortnite at 720p low for the amd and 15-20fps for the intel.

For a desktop with a monitor, 4k isn't possible under 40k.
But here's an example of a 4k set up.
And here's a more realistic non-4k set up.
3200g has onboard graphics about 50-60fps fortnite @1080p.
