Today my PC just randomly shut down and won't start up again. I thought it was the psu since I replaced one recently. Turns out it wasn't. My next guess was the power switch not working. The problem was that the pins for the buttons are under my gpu so I had to take it off. I did and I checked the pins with a screwdriver. The computer powered on. So i changed the reset button to be my new power one. I checked and it worked. Next I put in my gpu and nothing. I was very confused. Now it didn't power on even if I took off the gpu. So I unplugged the 24pin and plugged it back in and now it worked again. So I put in my gpu again and still nothing. I have no clue on what could be an issue. I don't see any blown caps on my gpu or mobo.
EDIT: When I press the power button while the gpu is in the gpu fans move very slightly but that's about it.
