Pentium D 930 compatible with Biostar g41d3c?

I've PD 930 proccy... My current mobo is asus p5gc mx ddr2... I want to upgrade and I found this cheap ddr3 mobo.... But the question is with compatibility... Will my PD 930 work with this g41 mobo?

And, is this mobo has changeable vcore setting? I guess no! 😛

I know, but its a old cpu isn't it? and I think compatibility issue occurs for newer cpus ?!?!
