Pentium II 333 Overdrive

My server has a Micronics 'M6DPi' motherboard running dual Pentium Pro 200 microprocessors. I want to upgrade the CPUs to Pentium II 333 Overdrive CPUs. My question is "Do the Pentium II 333 microprocessors have to be a matched pair"?

I'd first check if these overdrive cpu's are SMP capable at all.. I wouldnt be too sure.

Secondly.. why bother ? Even a single P3 board+cpu would be less expensive and faster.. no ?
