Because no one who seriously intends to build his own $6,000 computer would be as clueless as you're pretending to be. Clueless rich people buy overpriced OEMs and get on with their lives. Rich people with a half an ounce of interest in building their own rig at least have the good taste to google up a tech article or two before they craft a build; they don't order An Idiot's Guide to System Building along with $6,000 worth of randomly selected parts.

On the off chance that you're just a naive kid who really is serious, then cut your budget by about 2/3rds and save your parents some money. There's almost zero chance you'd notice a performance difference, even if we assume the ridiculous rig you've configured has any hope of working at all, which is doubtful.

Excellent! Then you can ask him all of your burning questions. I'm sure he has more insight into minimum requirements for games released in -- oh I don't know, the year 2020? -- than we do.

XD i just checked the requirements and turned out it was wrong :)
thanks guys :)
and also, do you guys know a good water cooling system that WONT leak?

hope you arent one of those 8 year olds trying to macho about his computer. because overspending on a rig is just like being a mac pro fan boy

Nooopppeee......
Think one of them to max out all current games at 1080p.
Ask your friend how many "Megachips" you need to run Crysis, if he actually gives a number you can safely dismiss anything he says. Even if he catches on, disregard what he says because if he specced out that rig he obviously was looking at the price tag and not much else.

You can build a gaming rig that will achieve high-max settings in games for ~$1500, $1700 if you want the bells and whistles.

Show me a piece of hardware that will not have problems once and a while. Leaking is usually not a problem with WCing, it is pump failure.

he says that you need 1 "megachips" and that your wrong...

You realize I made that up?

My advice, ignore whatever your friend says. He plainly doesn't know what he is talking about, and there is a forum of tech geeks who do know what they are doing telling you so.
Really, at this point just give us a realistic budget and we can give you a decent build. Its apparent that trying to collaborate on this isnt going to work.

If this is legit, then please do consider lowering your budget by $4000-$5000. Either let your parents keep the rest or use it to buy something else -- like a used car or something. ;)

What fail.

Your friend telling you to get a megachip is an idiot. You have to get the megachip-ultraE or given your budget, a super-megachip is more practical. Overclocking a megachip-ultraE is kind of inefficient and you need a BIOS infuser with a zaxxon rectifier.

4 GPUs in SLI is impractical. You need to buy a CoolerMaster Alpha Octomos, which fits two motherboards that can be combined with a doctorow bridge. Then you can dual-dual SLI, or SLI^2 as it's generally called.

You also need a different power supply, one that can generate a magnetic field. Logisys has a 10T PSU and utilizes a consumer Halbach array.

Last thing is cooling. Noctua has a system that uses proton acceleration to create a section of infinite gravity that sucks the heat right off your CPU. Make sure you leave the pilot light one as it will otherwise reduce the temperature of your CPU to just above absolute zero (due to Hawking radiation).

Hope that helps!
