Please help with AMD dual graphics

My cousin has a laptop with AMD dual graphics 7520 + 7600m and I told him to install the driver from this website http://www.driverscape.com/download/amd-radeon-hd-7520g-%2B-7600m-dual-graphics. We uninstalled the old drivers first of course, but now when he plays a game like league of legends it won't load.

Is this due to dual graphics not being supported by the game etc? Pretty sure the driver is correct.

He is running windows 7 64 bit

Rule nr. 1 - > only download amd graphics drivers from AMD website if its a desktop.
Rule nr. 2 -> only download amd graphics drivers from the manufacturers website if its a laptop - Dell, Toshiba, HP etc

Also I'm helping him over skype cos he lives in a different country so its hard to see the problem. He just bought mass effect 3 so I recommended a driver upgrade, and this one should be fine shouldn't it?
