Question Please help

I've built a new pc and it just doesn't send image to the TV can anybody help?
I've tried different hdmi cables, changing ram and gpu of place redoing everything but nothing worked
I have. B450 tomhawk
Ryzen5 2600x
RTX 2060 dual advanced
Cooler Master lite 600 power supply
2x 8g dd4 2400Mhz vengeance lpx
A San disk SSD and wd blue 1 TB hard-drive

Tried it with an hdmi might buy a different cable to see if it works

Connecting modern PCs to televisions can have resolution conflicts where the TV is not capable of displaying the resolution the PC uses.

I see you listed several parts, but nothing about the TV.
