power supply

Need help with my rig. Whenever I turn on the switch from the power supply my pc automatically turns on, it wasn't doing this before. Here are my specs:

radeon 9800 pro 128 mb, asus p4p800se socket 478, 750mb ram, pentium 4 3.0, antec trueblue 480 watts.

pls. help this is really annoying me..this only happens when I turn off the power supply switch.

In the bios under the power settings there should be a setting that says something like power loss resume, put it to keep off.
