[SOLVED] Problem involving RAM modules at boot and after

Hi. This last Sunday I came across a curious error on my PC: when I turned it on, three beeps in a loop coming from the motherboard and no information on the monitor.
I suspected RAM memory right away, as I had suffered from this error before. However, whenever I changed the slot memories everything returned to normal.
So I went to change them again. Same mistake. I tried to put one by one and go testing it, to clear up the doubt that it could be a defect in one of the two. Everything normal. They did not have beeps when inserted alone on the motherboard. Curious because, not so long ago, they worked in harmony.
I reset the BIOS by battery, same error.
I tried, without any more ideas, to put them back at the same time, but with the slots swapped, again. 3 looped beeps. Until one hour it booted. BIOS recognizes both memories. However, it informs that only 8gb is counting (they together add up to 16gb)
I don't know what caused this error. I've also tried to go into safe mode in Windows, but I doubt it's any error related to this as the problem starts in the BIOS. I do not know what else to do. I believe the problem is compatibility, because both are functional on their own and in all slots, just together they give an error. But I don't understand either, because they were working together a little while ago.

memories are
Kllisre 8gb 2666mhz DDR4 CL19
XPG Gammix 8gb 2666mhz DDR4 CL16
Processor: Ryzen 5 2600X
motherboard: MSI B350M PRO-VH PLUS

CPU-Z recognizes dual channel and 16gb, but the task manager does not. Grateful.

Solution
You have the memory in the wrong slots. Put the first stick in slot 2 and the second one in slot 4.

Hello! This MOBO only has two memory slots.
By the way, I just solved the problem by now. Looks like it was debris on memory contacts. Cleaned there, and then, like magic, worked. Thanks for your help.
